ICD-International Center for the Disabled
ICD was founded in 1917 as the first comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation facility in the US, and played a leading role in the establishment of the field across the country. ICD provides medical, mental health, addiction recovery and vocational rehabilitation services for a wide range of disabilities and chronic health problems.
